One day soon, reclaiming excess food to end hunger will be business as usual.

Fresh Direct - NEW
The post-pandemic world is different, and we're adapting. We now partner Oregon Food Bank's Fresh Alliance program and our volunteer drivers to pick up grocery store donations and deliver them directly to nearby low-income housing. This allows fresh food to get into recipients' hands in a matter of minutes instead of days. We need your help! Join our group on Facebook.
Farmers-to-Families
You can find boxes Wednesdays at Aloha High School (11-1:00), Beaverton High School (12-1:00), and Southridge High School (12-1:00). There are no requirements to receive food.
For those outside the Beaverton area, contact Oregon Food Bank or Archdiocese of Portland for updated distribution locations.

Mission Statement
Waste Not Food Taxi strives to reduce food waste through collection services, education, and community resources, and to make more food available to low-income people without regard for housing, ethnicity, religion, income, or access to other resources. We believe that access to food is a right and throwing edible food into our solid waste system is wrong. We encourage recipients to volunteer as they are able. We believe that working together accomplishes more than working alone, and building community and a sense of purpose benefits everyone.
